Reporting a Bug

Found something broken? We want to hear about it. Hypercall has a built-in feedback tool that lets you report bugs, suggest features, or share general feedback directly from the app.

Using the Feedback Button

Tap the Feedback button in the top-left corner of the app. This opens a quick survey where you can rate your experience and write a note.

How to submit useful bug reports

When reporting a bug, include as much of the following as you can:

  1. What you were doing when the bug occurred (e.g., "Placing a limit order on ETH 4000 Call")
  2. What you expected to happen
  3. What actually happened (error message, wrong number, blank screen, etc.)

What happens next

Bug reports go directly to the engineering team. We triage reports daily during testnet and prioritize fixes based on severity. Critical issues (wrong balances, stuck orders, liquidation errors) are addressed immediately.

You are testing pre-release software. If something looks wrong, it probably is. Please report it so we can fix it before mainnet.
